At Ready Radio, we’re committed to fast, reliable shipping—so you're never left without communication when it matters most. Whether you're prepping for a storm or heading off-grid, we’ve got your six.


Shipping Options & Rates (Domestic Orders)

Standard Shipping
• Delivery in 3–5 business days

Expedited & Express Shipping
• Faster delivery options available
• Rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Shipping times begin once your order has been shipped, not when it’s placed.


Order Processing Times

  • Most order are processed and packed in 1-3 business days
  • Weekend and holiday orders ship the next 1-2 business days
  • Pre-order and backordered items will ship based on product page ETA
  • Custom programmed products may take up to 10 business days to process depending on difficulty and demand

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also log in to your Ready Radio account anytime to check order status.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address carefully. We’re not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors

  2. Allow 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)

  3. Still no luck? Contact us at cs@readyradio.com


Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to ship quickly, weather events, holidays, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We'll always keep you updated if any unexpected delay occurs.

International Orders

We now ship internationally!

Important notes:

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

  • Customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged upon delivery.

  • Certain products (including radios with specific frequency configurations) may be restricted in some countries. It’s your responsibility to confirm local regulations before ordering.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at cs@readyradio.com to request a custom quote.

Due to international shipping restrictions and compliance regulations, we may cancel and refund international orders at our discretion.
