Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied with your Ready Radio gear, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The item is not marked as final sale, clearance or custom programmed

To start a return, email cs@readyradio.com with your order number and reason for return.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately—we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please include photos of the issue when possible to help us resolve it faster.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days after approval
  • You’ll be notified via email when your refund is complete

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we cover the shipping.
  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong item ordered, changed mind, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable service. Ready Radio is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads or software
  • Used radios or programmed items
  • Items marked final sale or clearance
  • Custom-built kits or modified gear

Cancellations

Due to the nature of custom work and programming, custom radios and kits are not eligible for cancellation. These items may be exchanged for credit or other products.
